Cedar wood oil is extracted from the wood of cedar wood tree by the method of steam distillation. This tree grows up to 100 feet in height and its age is around 1000 years. Since the ancient times, this oil is being used for different purposes such as for treating rheumatism, muscular aches and pains, skin afflictions and fungal growth. It is also used for relieving tension and anxiety and calms stressed mind. This oil also has an affinity with the respiratory system.

Antispasmodic: Cedar wood essential oil is used to cure pains caused by muscle spasms.
Sedative: With its soothing properties, cedar wood essential oil helps relieving tension, anxiety and depression. It can also be used to have sound sleep.
Antiseptic: This oil is used to prevent wounds from developing septic and tetanus. It is even added to number of antiseptic creams and lotions. Additionally, it helps in reducing itching and inflammation.

Perfect remedy for muscles spasms
Getting a muscle spasm is not a big deal as anybody can suffer from it. While playing golf, same happened with me. I got severe spasm in my hand muscle and was crying in pain. I was not actually able to bear it till the time; I got hold of this cedar wood essential oil. Thank god!! It saved me and I am much better now.
